A letter from Fr. Juan Crespo, OSD,
National Director of the Holy Rosary Fraternities:

Puebla de los Angeles, July 26, 1999
To all the Holy Rosary Franternities in Mexico

Dear Leaders and Brothers,

May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of our Most Holy Mother reign in your heart and of those of your families. This is my hearty desire and prayer.

The reason for this extraordinary communication with all of you is to by this means, of the pressing request put forward by the international eclessial organization named Vox Populi Mariae Mediatrici - La Voz del Pueblo por Maria Maria Mediadora - to all international Marian movements to consciously and intensively pray to the Eternal Father - especially in this year consecrated to Him, to grant to the Church the ineffable gift of a new dogma addressed to his Favorite Daughter, so that She, our Most Holy Mother may receive through His Holiness John Paul II hands, the fifth dogmatic crown, this is: that he solemnly proclaim as faith dogma that Most Holy Mary - apart of being Mother of God, Perpetual Virgin, Immaculate Conception and Assumed to heaven in body and soul is:

Coredemptrix, Mediatrix of all Graces, and Advocate
To our joy as Mexican Catholics, the majority of our Cardinals, Archbishops, and Bishops have plead humbly for this dogma to our beloved Pope "Totus Tuus", joining their voices to a more than 500 other from all over the world, together with 5 million layman and laywoman that in the last 5 years have sent their plea to Rome.

We have been asking - and I am doing so with great joy and hope, to pray the following concise prayer between each mystery of the Holy Rosary:
"Eternal Father, we ask you that our Most Holy Mother may be proclaimed Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate, for the good of the Church and of the whole world"

I am certain this is the best way, simple but at the same time efficacious, in which we can collaborate with this so great mission most important in this crucial time in the history of humanity, since when she is proclaimed Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate freely and universally by her children, then she will be freed to act with all her intercession power (called the Pleading Omnipotence), and the so long awaited new Pentecost may come to the Church, and the world get back to the way to Jesus Christ our unique Lord and Savior.
